Janelle has a Bachelors in Exceptional Student Education K-12. She has been working as a Miami Dade County school teacher for the last 5 years. Throughout these years she was head coach of a varsity softball team, sponsored several grade levels and coordinated educational field trips. Her passion is not only the time she spends in the classroom but the time she spends educating the students through various out of school activities.

Desiree has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and is in her second year of teaching Elementary at a private school. This coming year she will be teaching Junior High. She has enjoyed dedicating her time volunteering with children at Miami Children's Hospital, churches, and special events. She is very enthusiastic and loves to explore her creativity through projects and activities with kids.
Natalia Gonzalez Gazzola
Dance Program Director
Natalia is a graduate of New World School of the Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance. She graduated from Coral Gables Senior High in 2003 and was a member of the Gablettes Dance Team. Natalia is the Director/Choreographer of the 4-Time most popular dance team in the NBA, The Miami HEAT Dancers. She has been with the HEAT organization for the past 8 years, where she started off as a dancer and slowly climbed up the ranks by becoming Dance Team captain and eventually the Director. She has worked with many music artists including Flo-Rida, Remy Martin, Juelz Santana, Daddy Yankee, Wisin y Yandel, Don Omar, Olga Tanon, Pitbull, Casely and many more. She has also dabbled in acting and has been a featured dancer in several movies, soap operas, and music videos. She's been a member of the ADA staff for the past 11 years. She is trained in ballet, jazz, hip hop, salsa, and modern-contemporary (Graham, Horton, & Limon techniques).
In addition to her success as a performer, Natalia is one of the most sought after choreographers for schools in the Miami area, often developing routines for both competitions and showcases.
Executive Program Director
Betty has over 25 years experience with Miami Dade Parks and Recreation programs. She was the Founder and Director of the Tamiami Cheerleading and Dance Camp. Her leadership has been an asset to several youth organizations she has been involved with throughout Miami-Dade county. Some of her other focuses have been on fund raising and organizing special events for families in our communities.
All Star Activitities (ASA) programs engages all age groups. The mission of ASA is to provide the youth and their families in our community with a safe place to come together and participate in sports, fitness, social, and educational activities. In addition, we encourage and support participation in inclusive activities that will help develop academic, physical, and social health.
Sports Program Coordinator
Jack has over 10 years experience working in the Parks and Recreation Department with the Village of Pinecrest. He is currently employed as a Lieutenant with the City of Hialeah Fire Department. He has 30 years of experience both participating and overseeing recreational programs in multiple sports including flag football, softball, and soccer. Additionally, his past experiences include playing both High School and College football as well as coaching Pop Warner football. Jack's passion is family and community. Working with Allstar Activities as the Flag Football Coordinator allows Jack to work with two things he loves, kids and sports. Jack is excited about getting involved in the local community and making a difference.
ASA also provides a variety of evening recreational sports programs offered throughout the year.
Adult evening classes are also provided to promote physical and social health. Classes will include Kickboxing, Zumba, and Bootcamps.
Cheerleading Program Director
Jackie began cheering in elementary school for her school, she cheered for middle school, then all the way through high school. Her high school team was competitive. She competed in multiple competitions with her team. Jackie has 20+ years of experience both as a cheerleader and coach. She has coached all ages and levels. Jackie also has tumble experience. Jackie brings a lot of passion into her coaching, pushing athletes to be their best. To Jackie the best part about coaching for her is pushing kids to reach their fullest potential and making a difference in their lives.
Baseball Program Director
Jorge learned the game from the legendary Coach/Instructor Evelio Hernandez since the age of 10. He was a first-team All Dade All City centerfielder at Loyola High school and has a 1977 State Championship under his belt. Jorge went on to play at Biscayne College. A father of 3, Jorge coached Khoury league baseball for 12 years winning 4 titles. He also coached Jr. high football for 2 years winning the conference championship both seasons. 'I love to teach the game, especially to the t-ballers. I like to coach girls more than boys because they pay more attention"
